You can update your payment method at any time by using the Customer Login link at the top of our website to access your secure customer portal. From there, you can update your card information directly.
If you need help, you can also contact us and we'll send you a secure Stripe link to update your payment details. All payment information is processed and stored securely by Stripe and is never shared.
If a monthly payment fails due to an expired card or insufficient funds, we'll automatically retry the charge and notify you by email so you can update your payment method. During this time, you'll have a short grace period to bring your account current.
If payment cannot be successfully processed after multiple retry attempts, the subscription may be canceled and service may be suspended until billing is resolved. We'll make every reasonable effort to notify you before any action is taken.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay through our secure Stripe payment processor. Monthly payments are automatically charged to your card on file, making it easy and convenient. All transactions are processed securely with industry-standard encryption.
