  • Ongoing technical support and updates
  • Customer portal access for subscription management

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Professional Setup Plan

  • One-time setup fee: $750
  • Monthly subscription: $99/month
  • No long-term commitment required
  • Cancel anytime with 30 days notice

Zero Down Plan

  • No upfront setup fee
  • Monthly subscription: $149/month
  • 12-month minimum commitment required
  • Early cancellation subject to remaining balance

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing customers.

3. Payment Terms

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on the same day each month
  • Setup fees (if applicable) are due before project commencement
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days
  • You can update payment methods through the Stripe customer portal
  • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
  • No refunds for partial months or unused services

4. Project Timeline and Delivery

  • Initial website preview delivered within 48 hours of receiving all required materials
  • We will respond to inquiries within 24 hours during business days
  • Timeline may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness
  • Delays caused by missing information or client unavailability are not our responsibility
  • We reserve the right to adjust timelines with reasonable notice

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process
  • Supply all necessary content, images, logos, and materials in a timely manner
  • Ensure you have legal rights to all materials provided to us
  • Maintain an active domain registration (if using your own domain)
  • Respond to our communications in a timely manner
  • Maintain valid payment information
  • Not use the website for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content, images, logos, and materials you provide. By providing materials, you grant us a license to use them for creating and hosting your website.

Our Work

The website design, code, and structure remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment and completion, you receive a license to use the website for your business purposes. We reserve the right to showcase your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

7. Service Modifications and Updates

Monthly subscription includes:

  • Ongoing hosting and technical maintenance
  • Security updates and bug fixes
  • Minor content updates (text changes, image swaps)
  • Technical support via email

Major redesigns, new pages, or significant feature additions may incur additional fees and will be quoted separately.

8. Cancellation and Termination

Professional Setup Plan

  • Cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal
  • 30 days notice required for cancellation
  • Access to website continues through the end of the billing period
  • Setup fee is non-refundable

Zero Down Plan

  • 12-month minimum commitment required
  • Early cancellation requires payment of remaining months
  • After 12 months, cancel anytime with 30 days notice

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:

  • Non-payment after 30 days
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal or harmful use of services
  • Abusive behavior toward our staff

9. Website Availability and Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites. However:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime (with advance notice)
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, internet issues, or force majeure
  • We maintain backups but recommend you keep your own copies of important content

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months
  • We are not responsible for content you provide or third-party integrations
  • You use our services at your own risk

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cornerstone Web Company harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content you provide.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiations between parties
  • Mediation if negotiations fail
  • Binding arbitration as a last resort

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
